As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- BDblondy6472 DDec 6, 20251.0First time having checkers today and let me say it was genuinely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. You sit in this tiny box and order food. I ordered a triple bacon cheese burger, bacon cheese and ranch fries, mozzarella sticks, and a bonus fry I didn't order but still paid for. First the burger had absolutely no flavor whatsoever to the point that you know you were eating anything if you weren't chewing. It's so bad that if you ordered this for the homeless, I would genuinely judge you. The bun was falling apart the second i picked up the burger as well. Now the cheese fries tasted horrible, im not sure if it was the ranch or the cheese flavor, but something just wasn't right. The mozzarella sticks were the highlight of the meal for just being mediocre compared to the terrible atrocities. Now I ordered the cheese fries as a replacement for the fries, the cashier misunderstood that and I was charged for an extra fry. The soda came in such a small size for a large, you would think it's a medium and to top it off they pack it to the brim with ice. Before leaving i tried to get a refill since I was done with my soda a bit after starting my meal and they said they dont do refills. I genuinely could not believe they had the gual to tell me no refills when my soda was more ice than liquid and after spending top dollar for tastless trash. My bag was also greesy from the fries that spilled in the bag so before I left i went to ask if they could give me another bag... there was no one there... it was like they all had just vanished. The small box atmosphere, terrible food, and atrocious service is what makes this place truly deserving of an all around 1 star across the board. I will not be returning

She ask me what was my order I told her & wanted to charge me again. I left bc I was not going to keep arguing specifically in front of my child. Never ever returning to that place.
