  They forgot to put coffee in my coffee… the drinks were made separately with about a 5 minute wait in between because someone was being trained and I assume that’s why it was made wrong. I ordered 2 of the same exact drinks the only difference was one was decaf but that doesn’t change the color. Everyone has to learn I get mistakes happen but you have to pay attention when you put 2 of the same drinks down next to each other and one is brown and the other is PURE WHITE you gotta notice something is wrong. I tasted it and it’s literally just milk, cold foam, and syrup. I ended up tossing the one that was made correctly too because I couldn’t trust that it was made with decaf being that the other was made wrong. Very disappointing I was so excited for the banana pudding cloud latte ( I did not drink these and then complain lol these were taken after I removed the ice)

  Fast and friendly service. Manager was really cool and struck up a conversation with me. Coffee was great. Good location.

  The manager and two other people were very, very kind, even when solving a problem that wasn’t their fault. Just because of that, I’m giving 5 stars. From the moment I ordered the food, they were polite and courteous. But the woman who prepares the sandwiches and bagels is very rude and has a terrible attitude. She messed up the order twice and still got angry, slamming it on the counter, that’s how annoyed she looked. But still, even though it wasn’t the manager’s fault, they tried to fix everything with the same great attitude they already had.
