- CCcameronNov 12, 20251.0the food is okay considering where it’s made. the lady with tattoos, and piercings is always rude. i don’t mind wait times i have patience, but if you do the wait times are a little long considering. the rest of the employees are alright. it does smell like a sewer outside the building if you care about that. they don’t chance gloves while touching different food so if you’re allergic be cautious. go to the kingston location if you’re down for the drive. this place honestly sucks.
- SHSimon HoelNov 11, 20251.0ordered a cantina box and got charged 11 dollars for 2 chicken burritos. and they spelled my name wrong so it sounds like a rude word, the person didn't even want to call out my name because of this. they also took 20 minutes for my order which isn't the employees fault because they are severely understaffed. this did however mean that i had to rush back out because i have a limited lunch break. and that's why I didn't notice that not only was i missing my diablo fries, but i only got 3 items when the luxe box is supposed to have 4. and it's missing the flamin hot burrito that was supposed to be included. the receipt is a clear misprint because it says "4 items" and only lists 3 including the tortilla chips. also the beef burritos have a pureed texture. this used to be a 5 star review.
