    Customer service sucks, make you stand here and wait 20 minutes to get your food. Should I say even to order then? Wait another 20 minutes to get your food. You're at a solid 3540 minute. Wait just to get a basic meal at McDonald's. Get your stuff together. Hudson new york mcdonald's

    This McDomald’a is usually a place we visit periodically to grab something quick to eat. We went through the drive- thru and ordered the sausage burritos and the bacon, egg and cheese on bagel. The food was not good at all. The bacon was burnt, the egg was a yellow square and totally unappetizing. The bagel was totally dry a s as hard as a rock. The sausage burritos were no tree appealing at all. Their consistency was mushy and the egg and sausage were tasteless. I retuned the bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel for a refund. The clerk was totally uninterested why I was returning the item. We will not frequent this McDonald’s again. McDonald’s is not what we expected. I highly recommend other patron boycott it also. It is not worth the money for poor quality of food.
