    Everyone is so angry when waiting for their orders.....but for real, should making an iced coffee really take 10 minutes? I even ordered it early in hopes that it would be just about done when I arrived. Most places I have done online ordering with has your order ready or close to being ready by the time you are at the location. This is not the first time this has happened at this location including others

    Does the Latte machine ever work here? It would be nice to disable it on the app if it's not going to work when you get there. Instead they try to get you to substitute for coffee which is way cheaper.

    I have been in McDonald’s 4 times this week and not one person came to the counter to help so I walked out 4 times. Very disappointing! Never will I come back to this location ! Need to have more people working .

    Pulled in to mobile pick-up, waited almost an hour before eventually going inside. Burger was lukewarm, soda had no ice. Service has been slower than molasses ever since the remodel. Don't go here if you're actually expecting FAST food...cause you're gonna wait an eternity.

    This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. You routinely wait over 30 minutes for a curbside or mobile order. Stopped by today and left after a half hour of waiting with no food. And this is the third time that has happened to me in the last 3 months! I will not be coming back to this McDonald's again They are clearly understaffed and cannot manage to run properly.
