In 4 minutes no one made eye contact or said, "We'll be with you soon." Nothing at all. When I interjected, nicely, the lead woman said, "I'm counting." "I understand. But to not even acknowledge..." "I did. The girl said ..." Then "I've got numbers in my head..." She ignored, got flustered, lied. She might be an ok manager. Hope she can do better.
