  Customer service was not good. Very disrespectful. I was given a drink with a lot of ice when asked for light ice. I had told the employee “I’m sorry, but can i get light ice?” His response was “why does it matter?” And then proceeded to make me another drink. I told him thank you afterwards.

  Needs work, I wanted a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant but the were out of croissants and by the looks of the shelves alot of other things. So I got my sandwich on an English muffin instead, that was barely warm cheese barely melted I also got a medium iced pumpkin spice signature latte and received a basic iced pumpkin spice. I don't know if they were anti Trans or just in need of more training but definitely needs attention.

  I love my girls here! They definitely appreciate their customers. I love coming here, and they all know my coffee without asking and know what I want. I love them and its always a great experience. I do not go to the healy location because of the rudeness and attitudes there. If you're looking for a smiling face this one is definitely the place to go. Thank you ladies for all you do!! Ashleys the best

  Jelly doughnuts lacked jelly inside, very cheaply made for the price they changed. If you are paying $12 a dozen they should at least be quality!
