  Customer service was not good. Very disrespectful. I was given a drink with a lot of ice when asked for light ice. I had told the employee “I’m sorry, but can i get light ice?” His response was “why does it matter?” And then proceeded to make me another drink. I told him thank you afterwards.

  Needs work, I wanted a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant but the were out of croissants and by the looks of the shelves alot of other things. So I got my sandwich on an English muffin instead, that was barely warm cheese barely melted I also got a medium iced pumpkin spice signature latte and received a basic iced pumpkin spice. I don't know if they were anti Trans or just in need of more training but definitely needs attention.

  I only go here in the morning after work to get my sandwich on certain days the one girl is really rude and I stopped going on the days she works. The girl Ryan is really nice, she has a smile when I walk up, it’s small but after a long night of work it’s great to see.
