- BPBrijesh PatelApr 11, 20261.0Staff is poorly trained and I asked them for cheese they said we don’t have it and I am talking about around afternoon so I believe they just don’t want to give us service properly and also they show expressions of racism both staff members who is making our food and at the checkout. No greetings nothing and I thought that was the behaviour for everybody but not it was only for us because the customer before us was served ok but when our turn came she just changed like open racism expression so not going back and definitely make sure that nobody comes to that store from my area. Very disappointed

While serving, they were gossiping among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It honestly felt like we were being treated differently, and that is not acceptable. On top of that, they didn’t inform me that they were out of cheese until after my bowl was already made. Basic communication and courtesy were completely missing. I expect better customer service and respect from a place like Chipotle. This experience was upsetting, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to others.

Portions are fair, customer service is great if you want more simply ask. Also looking at the reviews a lot of the employees are minors and this is their first job so give grace. It’s not that deep. Great establishment if you want chipotle this is the location to come to
