    Great experience. The owner. Isiah Fullwood is a great part owner. He makes sure that you are fully satisfied with your meal. If not, he will most certainly get things corrected and in order. Thank you Isiah for being so thoughtful and kind to your patrons.

    It was takeout. I drove from Elmira and it was well worth it. SO MUCH FOOD!! THE WAITRESS WHO CAME OUT TO WAITON ME SOOO NICE. SOOO MUCHFOOD! I ATE IT 2 DAYS!! EVERYTHING PERFECTLY SEASONED! EVEN BETTER THE NEXT DAY. I LOVE THAT RESTAURANT!! AND ITS SERVICE!

    We are a frequent flyer of this Outback Steakhouse and the food is always very good. Tonight we had ordered some food medium-well that came out rare. We called to let them know and the manager Chris offered to either give us new food or credit towards our next visit. We came to get the replacement food and he personally came out to apologize for the inconvenience, gave us a cheesecake, gift cards, and coupons for free food in the future. This experience was refreshing to know they really care about their customers!

    Had a wonderful visit to Outback. The staff was wonderful and answered our concerns kindly. We were seating quickly and my kids enjoyed games on the kids menu. Food was delicious and hot except for a chili that that was quickly replaced with a better temperature one. The chili is very spicy, but delicious.
