  Didn't give me an egg on my sausage egg and cheese bagel how do you mess that up. Also ordered an caramel iced coffee and got no caramel. I need a refund.

  We stopped in to get an ice coffee and a cup of regular coffee. Used the app and pulled in to curbside. After waiting quite a while, we went in to get it ourselves because they still hadn't brought it out. They poured a fresh cup from a pot they had just brewed, handed me the iced coffee and sent me on my way. The ice coffee was so gross I couldn't drink it. There is no way they didn't know it was bad by the smell when they poured it. They went to the effort of brewing g a fresh pot for the hot coffee but poured the ice from some that had to have been sitting for hours and was burnt. That one should have been replaced by fresh too. I thought it looked a little too brown but didn't bother to taste it until I was a few miles down the road. I had to go in and get it myself from curbside and it was terrible too. Won't stop there again.

  I went to that touch screen and ordered a large shamrock shake and 4 bugers and 1 soda went to pay the mechanic did not give me my receipt and it was $18 total I told the lady worker there and she kida help but not really and they gave me a small shamrock shake and first off the "manager" was very rude to me didn't even try to fix the issue back trued the hole time didn't even come up to me they kept on saying u paid for a small and im telling them that the mechanic messed up my order and a lady come out in my face and says see u paid for a small at that point I said ok and walk out bc it was going in one ear out the onther to be honest I don't eat alot fast food and after that I know dam right im not eating mcdonald's ever again I rather go to burger king bc at least they don't mess up onders and be rude about it and if they do they actually try to solve the problem
