  I ordered my breakfast at the kiosk. Waited 20 minutes because there was no staff. They messed up my food. The sandwich wrap was in my sandwich because they rushed. They need to hire more staff because what is this?

  There are two employees who are super rude every single time I come to the drive thru I dread seeing them. They are ignorant and do not know how to do their job. I understand if someone messed up and that’s okay. Just take responsibility for when you mess up and then fix it. I have no issues with that. The issue I have is when you are rude to me , my family and my friends. For no reason. My friend ordered an iced caramel macchiato they gave her a hot caramel macchiato. I made them aware that they made a mistake. And than the nice employee told the one who made it and she looked at me and said “ill just throw ice in it than it’s a iced coffee” I wasn’t the only one who heard her say that. I went there a separate time with my husband he ordered a sweet tea with lemonade and they gave him unsweetened tea. And I paid the extra amount for it. I told them again that’s not what he ordered. And once again they refused to remake it because they didn’t want to take accountability. I just never-mind it’s fine. And got scammed a couple cents for the company. Than I ordered online this week these other times were between from January-February 2026. Now this week I ordered a iced coffee with French vanilla and I received a iced coffee with no ice and no French vanilla. So just a liquidated coffee with milk. They threw the sandwich together and called it a day. I understand what it is like to hate your job because I have been there in that situation. But please stop taking it out on your customers if you hate it get another job. Also be nice to other people. It’s not hard to be nice it costs you nothing to be a good person.

  Very very very slow every time I go... Disrespectful staff, did I mention slow. Either way, drive thru, inside, pickup... They need better management

  Employees were very friendly. Food was ok it was pretty busy so we waited a while.

  Another rude McDonalds! And this time the manager managed to curse at customers. Awful, slow service! And at McDonalds prices...better off going somewhere else! Probably the worst one in the area...and the other McDonalds in the area aren't that much better.
