Coffee order: had to restate coffee order and after I had canceled one donut and ordered the other donut, I still received both donuts, was charged for both when I only wanted the one. I also didn't receive a straw for my ice coffee and no napkins. Tho the food was ok but this Dunkin is not a place I recommend for drive threw service.

Sad what this place has become. I used to stop every morning the employees new my order, and would have it ready. It has really gone down hill over the last 6 years.

The last time I’ve had here was someone completely making my order wrong and when I asked about it I was straight up gaslighted by the employee... On top of it all, the coffee is probably the worst I’ve seen of a Dunkin before. Save yourselves the regret and go to the one on Chambers road instead.

But then I went to take a bite and it was cold and hard as a rock. I’m not sure if it was stale or over cooked but it was definitely dark for being a plane bagel🙃
- SKSub KunOct 23, 20251.0Missing ingredients in the drink & when I went back the mid aged lady said it’s the same drink while it wasn’t at all (not first time ordering), she just added whipped cream on top that was clearly missing but denied that it’s missing mocha swirls & kept insisting she added herself while it was just mocha drizzle. My large hot coffee with 3 creams tasted just cream & not coffee. Does this picture look like large coffee with 3 creams? Nope it’s full of cream.
