- HMHeather MaltbyMay 19, 20231.0Just tried to get ice cream here. Two younger guys in hoodies with their hoods up we’re working. There were 2 employees working when I went in. There was one other customer in the store. Neither employee acknowledged me or the 6 people who walked in after me. I waited for about 5 minutes for them to make 2 shakes. One then started helping the customers behind me. I finally left without ordering. At least acknowledge a customer and not let them sit there for 5 minutes and then help others behind them. Won’t be back and it’s not because of the product but because of the staff.

I went in tonight got a smoothie and it was disgusting and wasn't flavorful at all and then went back in to get something else because it was gross and was refused service because they closed in 2 minutes mind you it was 7:50. The young young woman girl working was so rude and disrespectful, I will never be going there again. Also will not be recommending this place to ANYONE!!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
