  I’m just happy we have a Pizza Hut franchise back in Hornell. I’ve ordered to go 4x’s since they opened back up and have been satisfied with my order every time.

  Staff was higher than a kite forgetting my order and not listening just rude the food was ok but too crispy bathroom was disgusting the table was disgusting and the felt like it was gonna collapse off from underneath from you WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

  We Ordered breads ticks and pizza and the lady read the order back my order and said that there was bread stick then later brought our pizza to us without breadstick we waitrd for and we ate the pizA and was waiting for our breadsticks and she then said we never ordered them

  Nothing like coming into a place of businesses at 11am seeing a manager and another worker higher than a kite!!! So bad where you can just smell the odor falling off them On top of that they don’t wear gloves while touching raw wings then they touch ready to eat foods it’s absolutely disgusting do your managers and employees not understand the basic hygiene standards ! You are going to get someone seriously sick ! And let’s not even mention the attitude that every single person in that building has
