  Where do I even start. The place is a mess, bathroom is a mess, staff seem over-worked and stressed beyond belief. I've been in here a lot but it seems to be falling apart ever since the new management. Management seems to be a problem at this place. There are always new faces behind the counters so I'm not surprised that it looks the way it does. There is one girl with red hair here, super sweet and a blonde. Such a great team the two of them and another kid with brown hair. Two stars for service because at least the kids behind the counter are nice. Sucks to say it but I'm never coming back here again. At least not until they fix the place up. The ceiling looks like its gunna fall and its just such a mess whenever I go in. Don't even bother to make the donuts look nice!

  Met clients here since it was midpoint for us. The place was clean, doughnuts were made for Valentine’s Day 💗 so they were yummy. I had a tea and they had coffee. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They both were kind, considerate, and hospitable. We were there for a while and we saw them clean up with care that we were so impressed. As promised, I am writing a google review. Great work!!!

  Food was so good, nice and cozy, hash browns were actually crispy 5 stars ⭐️
