  One of the worst Dunkin’ drive-through experiences I’ve ever had. From the second we pulled up, the attitude was awful. The employee taking our order sounded annoyed the entire time, like we were a burden just for being there. They still managed to mess up the order, and the food we did get was made horribly sloppy, cold, and clearly rushed. When I politely asked for ketchup at the window, she handed me one single packet with an irritated look, like I was asking for something outrageous. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. A drive-through is supposed to be quick, easy, and friendly, but this was the complete opposite. Between the rude attitude, wrong order, and badly prepared food, this location was a huge disappointment. Definitely a one-star experience and not somewhere I’d go back to.

  Is zero was an option i would have put zero because they have a few cars in drive thru or because they didn't feel like making it food was not an option and the language out of there mouth was by far not something that should be happening working with the public that was after I stood at the front for 10 mins so one could have a smoke and the other could just keep saying we will be right with you ya what a joke this place is dd your going down hill fast and you need to step up your game
