  Average experience, as expected from a fast food restaurant. Went around 11am. Was met at the register promptly. My spicy chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy. All was good. I keep seeing bad reviews so providing a normal one to help balance it out.

  Dear Wendy’s, I love a good culinary adventure, but I wasn’t prepared for my burger to taste like someone grilled a stack of printer paper and whispered “beef” at it from across the room. I’m all for subtle flavors, but this patty was so subtle it achieved invisibility. A pinch of salt… a rebellious dash of pepper… anything to convince my taste buds they didn’t hallucinate the whole experience. The lettuce, onion, and tomato were absolute rock stars—crisp, fresh, carrying the entire performance like they were headlining Coachella. Let’s not make them share the stage with a patty that tastes like it’s still emotionally frozen, even if it’s “never frozen.” Thanks, A concerned (and slightly confused) citizen

  Stopped here the other day I know they don’t wear gloves but the woman that handled my food had a cut and was bleeding. There was blood on the outside of the bag and then proceeded to ask if everything was okay. Kindly I replied with never mind I don’t want the order but bc it’s an online order I’m told I can only get refunded on the app, which doesn’t work no response so the food went right into the trash.
