  Personal assistant appreciated: Jim goes above & beyond. Fully covered & heated ! No more rain days. Spacious cushioned seats, order food & drinks right to your bay..or bat resto inside. Rent spaces too ! Clean, friendly and helpful staff and facility. Family friendly. Has game options. Beautiful place. Cob salad beautiful.

  This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. We came in 15 minutes early for our bay never got a text message. Went to the front desk so they can help us they said it would be a few mintures and that turned to 27 minutes. Our server Cheri, just had really bad vibes overall. Very rushed experience for us especially for it being our first time. We payed for 60 minutes only played about 40 minutes. More bartenders are definitely needed. Won’t be coming back to this location again. Good luck

  Cool place to go to catch up with friends or plan hangout days with. Came on a rainy night but the vibe of golfing at night was so good. Raining does end up being a bit of a challenge especially as a commuter out of town from this location overall an awesome experience, my only suggestion is to golf on a clear day especially at night.

  This was my first time visiting Top Golf in Holtsville. I've driven past this place multiple times, but never knew what this place was. We held a birthday 🎂 celebration, which was planned by the children of the birthday person. I am extremely picky about what I eat, but I must say the food was a notch above your regular bar food. Everything was delicious. I overdosed on the cheese balls, sooo good 😋. The hummus was freshly prepared. The chicken sliders were just ok. The drinks on point 👍. There we're eleven of us so we occupied two suites. The place was packed (Saturday night), but yet comfortable. No crowding. I would recommend calling ahead before heading out there. The attendant Jacob was excellent! He was very attentive and professional. He supplied us with whatever we wished for. It was a chilly night, but there were heat fans blowing from the ceiling so being outdoors wasn't bad at all. Just a fleece jacket was enough. I don't play golf, never held a club before this, but I must say it's an interesting sport that requires patience. I had a blast! Enjoyed myself immensely. I would plan future parties here instead of going out to a restaurant. The 2-1/2 hours was just long enough. I highly recommend this place who's looking to do something different.

  So, we love going to Top Golf. We have gone several times now to this location and recommend people to go. However, I am writing a review for our server. Her name was Jamie. Unfortunately, she was not pleasant. She was NOT attentive, drink order took forever to come out for one of our guests, she came up to get payment WHILE our time was still running instead of waiting till our time fully ran out… and more. When we went to pay, I gave her a gift card to use toward the payment. It includes TOP GOLF as one of the locations to use it at, but she said “Oh, we would have to call this in to use it” ..so she swiped it, says “yeah we would have to call”.. and INSTEAD of calling it in or whatever she was saying, she just hands it back to me. I didn’t say anything though, but she should have made an effort to use it! When it comes time for us to pay she has this scowl look on her face (zero personality) while holding the toast tablet. After the bill is paid, she says, “ok thanks have a good night” and starts to walk away…. We had food on the table still! I called her back over and said.. “Can we get boxes for the food?” I mean… terrible customer service. And to top it all off, we did not get our full time, which has never happened! Usually they come over with a time warming and to see if we need anything else and then they come by for payment AFTER the time has ran out! She came over to get us to pay while we still had about 5 mins or so left to play! I understand giving us the time check but we didn’t even get to finish playing! Every minute there costs a lot! Sorry, but I want my time to play! There was a waitress that helped us in the middle while Jamie went on her break and she was actually very helpful with a great personality. I’m sorry, but this needs to be flagged. It’s too expensive to have that type of customer service. We expected better. It doesn’t take much! At the very least, some effort, respect for OUR time, and kinder personality.
