Ordered through a delivery service, the hash browns were so oily that one bite had grease shoot into my throat, the chicken was heavily burned but fries undercooked & have a weird aftertaste that tells me they don’t change their oil. Since they didn’t even start cooking until the driver got there, it’s a testament to their lack of quality & care. As a chef, with the quality they’re comfortable showing customers, I have to question their hygiene practices customers can’t see.

People were nice but the two sandwiches we got were so bad we couldn’t even finish them. I don’t like wasting food but I think my body would hate me if I put that in it
