  This is the best Topgolf ever because of the worker named Matt inspired me to come back again and he taught me how to play. He should definitely get a raise. He was the best worker ever and he made me want to work there. GIVE MATT A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️🏌️‍♂️🏌️

  The worker Matt was phenomenal at what he does and inspired me to come back definitely deserves a raise highly recommend for him to be your server.

  Went in to play a cool 1 hr game, everything was fine. The atmosphere is nice and everything seemed good as other top golf’s are. The problem was with the bill… it’s not about how much the incidence was but more of what was done. The bill came out to be 40.50$ for 1 hour of play. That’s what was written on the check the night of. Come to find out on my bill statement, it went to 43.50$. So the server or whoever it was decided to add a 3$ tip. Mind you, we didn’t order any food so the only time I saw the server was when we came in and when we ended the night. I don’t know if the tip or gratuity was included in playing a game without ordering food but the mysterious 3$ came out of nowhere. I would double check the receipt and the bill at this place, maybe keep the receipt for future references 👀

  Great server, decent food, weak drinks, mediocre experience. Been here a few times prior and always had a great experience. An issue that either needs to be addressed or disclosed is the sensors operation during the winter from the ground level. If the ball is either not hit hard enough or high enough, the sensor does not register. This is certainly a problem when playing for fun with inexperienced players or children. In addition, out of 3 people asked, only one, our server knew what was going on. This was after the other 2 reset the system twice, resulting in 5 to 10 minutes of lost play (mind you, you are charged by time played). Live and learn I guess.

  I enjoy top golf but I’m disappointed that the managers won’t let the servers input debit/credit card information if you forgot your physical card. I come to top golf quite often and I always get a good portion of food/drinks. I forgot my wallet this time and 1. They don’t accept Apple Pay which I could understand because some places don’t. But 2. The servers weren’t allowed to let me give them my card information even though I showed my card is linked to my phone (for any possible verification that it’s mine if truly needed). Even if an excuse is “to protect card holder’s information” if there was ever fraud with anyone they could take it up with their bank. As said I enjoy top golf but it’s definitely more enjoyable in the winter with a nice warm meal and a drink. I think it’s not right to withhold servers from being able to manually input card information if I remember it, even restaurants allow that.
