- JCJenn CJan 1, 20261.0Every time we go here we make a reservation and for whatever reason they seem to always put reservations on the first floor. We asked to be moved and was told to take the first floor or wait 3 hours. The food took a long time to arrive and by the time we finished eating our golf time was just about up. We had to go to the second floor bar if we wanted dessert. This was the third time we’ve had an experience like that. I don’t think we will be back.

Was our first time here and a friend brought his own drink (unopened) Immediately freaked out on us, told her we were sorry we didnt know and we wont open the drink. Still got 2 managers anyway and had us kicked out. Will not be returning. I know multiple people who work here and apparently this happens often and people dont get kicked out for it. Guess she just felt like being nasty this night.

- VKVictoria KleinDec 30, 20251.0Usually, I love topgolf and love to go for a date night with my husband or take my children for a nice outing. My oldest has autism and was out with her staff a few weeks ago the place was empty. Now my daughter loses her balance very easily And really wanted to play golf that day. When they got there, the staff asked if they can please go on the lower level they proceeded to say that they could not open that they had to go on the top level. For the safety of my child she asked again and explained the situation and they still could not accommodate her. I’m very unhappy with how it was. My daughter was very upset when she left and could not understand why she could not play. At this point, I don’t know if I will ever go back since you can’t accommodate special needs. Why would I wanna Spend my money there. I think the staff at Topgolf should be trained on how to treat special-needs adult/children. You Will be losing a lot of customers because I will be spreading the word.
