Although I do believe it is usual and customary to tip for full services, this woman was rude and disrespectful. The sandwich itself was ok and we ended up throwing it out due to a weird taste upon bite. I have tried to use the online contact form and email but Subway’s customer feedback process is absolutely terrible.
