    Today I was going to pick up 2 order as an Uber Eats driver to deliver food to a customer. Because of the winter weather, the roads were very bad, and I arrived about five minutes late. When I arrived, a manager was there and told me that I was late. She was very angry. I explained that it was due to traffic and a vehicle issue, and I apologized for being late. However, she said she would give me a dislike on my account. I have picked up orders from this McDonald’s hundreds of times, always on time, and they have never given me a like on my account. But for being late just one day, they gave me a dislike. They don’t understand how this affects my account and my earnings. I work hard, and even in this bad weather, I continue providing my service. For being only five minutes late, they gave me two dislikes on my account.
