  The guy at the register 4:20 PM 3/12/26 is rude and condescending. I left the store without ordering. Going home to fry some eggs.

  Honestly, Their alright! Pretty chill dudes. I come in every once in awhile and while not super talkative I never really had a rude encounter. I recently made a mistake with my order and the guys working the night was actually super sweet by resolving it. Even offered to still make the order despite it being my own fault. I didn't even have to ask, which saved my late night. Also you can pay with cash, I saw a review about that being an issue. To be fair, I normally am a card user & I've been to the location more than once. Food service isn't easy work & It's Papa Johns. I don't expect a 5 stars restaurant service. I got my food and it was good. Can't complain beyond that. Not all pizza is equal but good pizza is pizza, If its late and your looking for a bite just go for it.

  I wish could give out 0. No wonder why the business is shutting down, or so low customer. The guy who attended me had such attitude. Completely ruined my mood, never again in my life. They were so rude and like such attitude I’d never recommend!

  Called tried to place an order for delivery (which I had done in the past). Guy who answered phone had an attitude straight off the bat. I could tell by his tone. I had said that I'd like to place an order for a delivery, by which he asked for my address..he then became argumentative saying it's not showing in his system with the correct town I live in. NOTE: I didn't say this to part to him...But I KNOW WHERE I LIVE!!! I've NEVER EVER had this issue before ANY WHERE! I TRIED to repeat my address again, when he cut me off, and stated "it's not coming up as this town" and said "just do it online"... I said ok forget it, and he slammed the phone to hang up on me! If I had wanted to do online, I would have done so!! Not everything is listed on there website/online and I'd end up having to call them to clarify my order any how...Lost a customer...but then again by seeing quite a bit of poor reviews and pretty poor rating here, it sure seems like they couldn't care less. Incredibly unacceptable and rude!! I definitely won't be back nor would I recommend after this poor treatment...and over something so incredibly ridiculous. My suggestion, when you're in the mood for pizza, just get the REAL thing. Save yourself the nonsense, let alone for this type of "food." I'd like to add that I had yet to leave a bad review...it takes a lot to make me feel like I need to. If anything I just will not go back and not recommend...I'm not a negative person by any means!! This was just so outrageous, that I just felt compelled to do so. I would have felt more respected if the guy just said "hey I dont want to make order or deliver now" rather than TRY to make it like my address isn't correct.
