I asked her twice if she was almost done as the first time the door was locked so I knocked and waited my turn, after ordering my food I went back to the bathroom and open the door and she still there in front of the mirror and said I locked it why is it opening, I asked are you almost done? She RUDELY TOLD ME ARE YOU TIMING ME I SPEND 5 HRS STANDING IM IN HERE YOU NEED TO WAIT with a nasty face . I said I'm a customer who needs to use the ladies room and she again told me I need to wait. I proceeded to the counter and told her boss she was disrespectful and standing in front of mirror knowing a customer needs the ladies room she ran out and yelled *your just rude and continued arguing as I shut the door to the bathroom. This was today Saturday morning 9am 7/29/23. Very nasty rude disrespectful and she's very lucky she doesn't work for me Id fire her on the spot. Never ever treat a customer badly. Next time I go in, if she's there I will absolutely walk out and go to another DD. 5 hrs she said she stands lol try standing 10 to 12 in the heat and complain, you have no idea you rude little girl.
