I overheard her yelling at one of her employees in the back from the main area while I was ordering my food and said employee came out, puffy faced, really very upset and I could tell that she was exhausted. It seems that its a very hostile work environment for the young adults and teenagers that are working there. understaffed? the one employee that was being yelled at seemed to be the only one doing any work and was being asked around to do millions of things at one time. just witnessing this kind of environment made me very uncomfortable and sad for these workers who are most likely underpaid. Do better.

I asked for sauces at the window and the man working there, Frank, completely ignored me. He seemed more focused on talking to the girl behind him than helping the customer in front of him. Really disappointing service. Terrible McDonald’s. 1/5.
