I exclusively use the drive-thru. I find that after the initial "what can we get you" and I place my order, I am asked what I ordered again! Sometimes repeating specifics up to 3x, only to get to the window and have something wrong. I often hear a lot of chatter through the speaker while ordering. Possibly not enough attentiveness on the part of the employee at the drive-thru.
