Really disappointed in the lack of customer service, etiquette, and professionalism. They also continued to do unsanitary things like dropping things on the floor and just picking them back up not washing the item or their hands.

She just wanted it to be remade the way it was ordered❗️ My mom could hear that he was told by others to put the coffee in a different cup and not have it remade because she just wanted a new drink. She just ended up leaving the coffee because not even for sanitary reasons could they remake it. If management is reading and thinking this somehow exaggerated than please check the cameras by the drive through. This happened this afternoon between 11:55-12:01 today (12/5/25)
