- AHAl HowardApr 4, 20263.0Your assumption should be that every customer that comes to the drive up is going to consume their purchase in their vehicle. With that said, EVERY customer EVERY time should get a napkin (make that 2 because yours are so thin). Last 3 stops no napkin. Also, if a customer asks for an apple crumble instead of an apple crum stop acting like Starbucks & correcting them. It’s the only apple filled donut at this location. I’m sure I’m just speaking in the wind here after having read your reviews that apparently mean nothing to management & owners.

The flavor was extremely greasy and overly sweet, and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting or reheated too long. Within a short time, it caused significant stomach discomfort. I’ve eaten similar items elsewhere without issue, so this felt like a preparation or quality-control problem rather than a personal sensitivity. Disappointing experience.

Really disappointed in the lack of customer service, etiquette, and professionalism. They also continued to do unsanitary things like dropping things on the floor and just picking them back up not washing the item or their hands.
