It took a while to make this simple wrap and it was very disappointing. The sandwich was piping hot (what is that all about?) and the contents were basically lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, but no hummus or avocado ( more expensive items ). Went up to the counter to point this out to the young man working there. I opened up the wrap and the lad was very nice and agreed that it was all wrong. He went to remake it. It took forever to remake the sandwich and it was once again a disappointment. It was the same sandwich. I went up to the counter again and again opened up the wrap to show the lad at the counter. He wasn’t nice anymore and ignored me. I ended up throwing the lunch in the garbage where it belonged and left. You can’t thrive if you don’t deliver what you promise.

Please give these guys some support or a raise. Whoever the manager is is making a real big mistake because this Tropical Smoothie has great potential. As I said, give the employees a raise or give them help or you’re losing a customer.

I placed an online order for the free smoothie promotion and I got scammed out of my free smoothie and they would not let me cancel my order and they were being very rude and not helpful and I was not able to claim my free smoothie with the purchase of my entrée which the promotion included. I will never be coming back here and on top of that the food I ordered was cold and incorrect. I’ve never seen such bad service and I’ve never had this bad of an experience at a food place. Don’t waste your time coming here I do not recommend at all.
