  Well it happened again today! We got an order and came home opened and noticed fries was missing. So we had to drive back and get fries. The girls inside were clueless. We asked for the fries and the girl gives us a small size fries and says here you go. It was very annoying because we had to drive back just to get a small fries? So we said it was regular fries and so she threw the other one out with an attitude and went and got us regular fries. We asked for manager but she wasn’t there. This place used to be amazing with great staff who were organized and very friendly, but lately it’s been the worst place! They are always making mistakes with my order. I have to keep going back to get the correct items. I always ask for no meat and yet I’m always finding meat in at least one burrito. I just picked up my order and asked for cheese quesadilla and as I’m eating I find meat inside!

  Been a regular going here for years and its been the most consistently great taco bell I have ever visited.

  You have a woman who can barely understand English is incredibly rude. Asks you a question and doesn't let you finish a sentence rolls her eyes at everything, you say becomes verbally. Abusive well, because I got the name wrong on my order. I got the email confirming my order. She kept telling me I was at the wrong location, and I wasn't she was very rude, very short. I will drive the extra distance and go to the Taco Bell on south Easter Bay road. I recommend you all do the same. This woman has been a problem for years now, she has no business talking to customers. It's a poor business decision to make her a manager. She should be in the back with a mop or a broom

  Went through the drive-thru here around 2 AM a few nights ago, and the wait was honestly frustrating. It took close to an hour just to get our turn, with each car ahead of us taking around 15 minutes. At that hour, you kind of expect things to be slower—but this felt excessive. What made it more confusing was the lack of clarity. There was no communication about whether they were understaffed, dealing with a system issue, or just overwhelmed. A simple heads-up would’ve made a big difference in managing expectations. I understand late-night shifts can be tough, and I’m not trying to be harsh—but smoother flow or better communication would really improve the experience. Hoping this was just an off night.
