  Ordered a turkey sandwich through the app for pickup and had a pretty frustrating experience. When I got there, I had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even came out from the back. When the employee finally showed up, the attitude was less than welcoming. To make things worse, I got home and realized there was no turkey in the sandwich at all — which is kind of the main point. Between the wait, the service, and the incorrect order, it just felt careless. Hoping this location can do better because this wasn’t it.

  Girl service at this place is so nasty in her behaviour and make customer feel that she is giving a free food. I have ordered three sandwiches with multigrain bread. When I went to pick up she said she don't have multigrain bread and refuse to cancel my order. My kids were hungry and finally I asked her to make it with regular bread. She is wearing an earpod and had no willingness to listen. She is also having an issue understanding english language. She did not even putting enough ingredients in the sandwiches. I had never seen such a nasty attendant in the restaurant who has zero understanding of customer service. No one in this neighbourhood should go to this place and let it bankrupt so other nice management or other restaurant can come there. I agree with other customers who wrote reviews and this place 2.6 ratings. Deserve to be complete shutdown.

  Worst subway I’ve been to in Long Island, been there a few times as it’s closer to my work. Met the same girl employee all the times, she is always on call, really rude and never makes anything as it should be.
