Didn't get my full order and the food that did come was made wrong. Even the food that was made right wasnt good. Won't be ordering here again and will be disputing on my credit card because I tried calling the restaurant but cant get an answer.

REALLY BAD SERVICE! This is strictly for the Hicksville location as we have used other locations and never had this issue... We are a business that has several office meetings per year that we order lunch for around 12 to 18 ppl. I called the day before to place our order and told them I need the food here by 12:30pm. She read the order back to me and all was perfect. However the next day, we did not receive the food. At 12:36pm I called and asked where our food was as our presentation was to start at 1pm and wanted everyone to have their lunches. Was told "It's on the way." Roast Hicksville is 10 minutes from us. I waited 15 minutes and had to call again. The woman said she would check with the driver. I was left on hold for 7 minutes, hung up and called again only to be told the driver never picked up our order so the food was still there! So the first time I called they flat out lied to me. The food was 1 hour late and everything was cold and soggy!!! AND they forgot one of the sandwiches! When I called again to advise about the sandwich they vehemently told me it was in the bag but 3 of us checked and it was not. I asked for it to be made and delivered or 1 person would go w/o lunch. Guess what? THEY NEVER CAME WITH THE SANDWICH! So indeed one person went w/o lunch! Embarrassing for me as I am the one in charge of all this! And all I got was an "I'm sorry BUT... exclaiming it wasn't their fault... It was the kitchen, It was the driver and I forgot the 3rd excuse. NEVER offered a refund or a discount... never offered anything! Over $250.00 for cold soggy food and all we got was an "Im sorry BUT...!" NEVER again!
