They didnt take my order im not sitting and eating at your place im not being served. Also is the worker an actual tipped employee? In nys tipped employees make a certain wage which is 11 an hour which is less than minimum wage. Why are you asking for tips through your webpage when i place my order myself and them go and grab it myself from a cubby? Meh! Food ok, everything else sus. Edit: lowered my rating to 1 star. Not a fan of the tip scam they run or that response.

I got a wrap that normally has pesto in it but I don’t like pesto so I asked for it without and they said yes that’s fine. It comes out and it was wrong, it was full of pesto so I told them and they said they’d remake it and as I’m sitting there waiting for it all I hear is “I don’t even understand why she wants it like this, like it’s so bad without pesto, what is she thinking, i already know she’s going to hate it” (I loved it by the way) she said this very loudly to where everyone in the place heard it. No matter what your opinions are, you don’t get to comment on other peoples orders. This really upset me and I will not be returning.
