This may be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food isn’t good - but the service is atrocious. It’s not clean and the staff is not practicing a basic level of hygiene. (Yesterday the lady taking my order finished tapping on the screen, throwing trash out, and handing bags of food to another person and put her finger in my burrito and was extremely upset when I asked for a new burrito). Anyway weird place. Took over 30min for an order of 4 items.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and started arguing, yelling, and screaming instead of calmly resolving the issue. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and lied about being the manager.
When the real manager finally came out to help, I thought things would get better — but while the manager was assisting us, that same employee started bad-mouthing me to other workers and even to customers. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
No customer deserves to be treated like that. Taco Bell really needs to hold their staff accountable and retrain them on professionalism, honesty, and basic human decency. I’ll definitely be thinking twice before coming back.
