- MCM CAug 13, 20251.0I recently went there for a small birthday dinner for 6 people . The food was decent but the service was bad. We did not get an assigned waiter. About 4 different people keep coming to the table and taking orders and they all assumed one of then was getting the drinks, no one was. It was confusing and took aver 30 minutes just to get our drinks after multiple requests. The biggest offence was the automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill and the 3.17% added if payment is not in cash. Service was not up to part and forcing customer to tip a high amount regardless of the service they received is wrong. Secondly, imposing bank fees on patron is taky. Bills and fees are part of the cost of running a business. The bill was almost $500 , no once carries cash now day, especially that big amount. Wait staff didn't care about providing good service because the know they'll 20% tip is guarantee. I always tip regardless of the service. However, the experience was ruined by greed and tackiness of the business practice on payment fees and tip. I am not a fan and will not return or recommend.
