  Avoid this location. Either get ignored or wait forever at kiosk. More concerned with frive-thru. Be sure to check your order before leaving.

  I used to go there for breakfast almost 3 times a week. Same order ,BEC MC Griddle and hot vanilla latte. There is a young staff have a bad attitude and always give me iced latte instead. And hot latte come out cold. I just don’t get it. Won’t go there again.

  I was in a rush to go to my Daughters swim class so I thought to myself let me run through McDonalds to get dinner. I order a Big Mac meal. All I said was give me a number 1. I grab my food and go to the gas station down the block. I fill up my car and when I get back into the car I open my Big Mac and there is no lettuce, onions, cheese, or special sauce. I drive back to the McDonalds and go inside. There is no one at the counter and I have to wait almost 5 minutes to get someone attention. A woman who looks like a manager comes over and I tell her what happened. She asks me what I wanted. I told her I was looking for a regular Big Mac. She walks away with the burger I gave her. I wait another easily another 5 minutes and some guy comes to me with a bag with a Big Mac in it. I did not get any explanation or apology for my order being messed up. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. I live right around the corner and I will say for certain that I will never eat at this location again. It has honestly turned me off of McDonalds all together. You are now paying "Shake Shack" prices for your food and it is not fast or good. The quality is way down and the price is way up. I don't know why anyone shops at these places anymore. I have to assume that everyone is also in a rush to go some where and think this is the fastest solution which if you had to go through what I did it really was not fast at all. I also notice that half the orders they take are not ready when the person pulls up to the window and are told to pull up so they can service the car behind them. Do not shop here it is not worth it.
