  Marilyn was amazing!!!! She is the sweetest and actually took my order correctly even tho I was asking for a lot of specifics she did it all correct! All smiles, very sweet, she definitely deserves a raise or at least some kind of Recognition! I will be coming back only for her. I’ve typically had issues in the past with different employees, but I am extremely satisfied meeting her today and having a great experience, especially living right around the block from this McDonald’s I always come here so I will make sure to seek for her to place my order!! Love it!

  I am a regular customer of McDonald's. The review I'm giving today(February 4,2026) is solely because of a woman who was in charge as the manager this morning. I can't understand how she holds such an important position. The manager's behavior was extremely bad. She always angry . Her behaviour is very very Rude . only for this lady manager I will never go in this store.

  I like this place because it's a traditional McDonald's that I remember as a kid. Still has the play area! The manager on duty was very nice and accomodated me. I bought 4 happy meals for my kids (including me :-). I liked this Hicksville McDonald's way more Compared to the Plainview McDonald's. It might look nicer inside at the Plainview one, but staff there are not nice. I'm coming to this one all the time now. Thank you all today for giving me a great experience.

  Just arriving in the parking lot I got a strong sense of nostalgia. This McDonalds wasn’t upgraded to the modern versions we see popping up. It was like walking into a Time Machine and I honestly got emotional. That family feel was there. They still had booths and intimate seating like the old days and even the infamous Ronald McDonald Playground. I saw families spending time together and I loved every minute of it. Staff were friendly, efficient and interactive with their assumed “regulars”. This place reminded me of my childhood. One thing that my friends and I noticed is that the food was much fresher here. Everything tasted different here it was just better. The cookies even had the date and time on it giving you a heads up on expiration. I asked the to warm it up and got “looks” but I realize in the city were a bit spoiled because we always get warm cookies. The bathrooms were not locked and we had access to it the entire stay. So glad we didn’t choose the drive through.
