- ASAashka ShahDec 31, 20251.0I always order ahead for pickup and they never let you know that they’re out of something or don’t have it in stock. Multiple times I’ll pic up my order and head to work and then open my food to find they substituted something. Not once is it mentioned when I’m picking the food up that they were out of queso for the loaded hash browns or that the espresso machine is broken. Multiple times they have substituted my macchiato with an iced coffee because their espresso machine was broken but an iced coffee is not the same as a macchiato. And they don’t offer like a partial refund or anything like that which isn’t right since it’s not the same cost.

He paid then he just wanted to add one ice coffee too , he asked the lady can I get one ice coffee too please Lady answered very rudely , that coffee station is there you should order there. She didn't took his order. Very disappointed we won't go again in this dunkin . I have one bad experience too There were 2 worker One lady was just talking to customer I waited there 10 min she didn't come to take my order Other lady was busy when she finished her stuff, she came to take my order. Very bad service and specially that lady.
