I call the store they tell me he’ll be here in 3 mins, 3 mins on the phone with them and then they say 4 minutes. Ended up canceling and 0 remorse was displayed on the other line, I’m a loyal paying customer and this is how I was treated. They could care less, and you cannot report and issue once the prefer has left the store, wow what a way to prevent issues. Disgusted.
