- BMBrandon MirSep 28, 20241.0First I would like to say I used to work in a fast food restaurant. This place is the worst of all Charley’s. French fries are soggy and dark which means they don’t change their oil. The oil is pitch black. The service was slow only one person working. Substituting a soft drink for a lemonade is extra but the menu doesn’t state that. I have been to numerous other Charley’s and this one is the worst. Owners like to apologize for everything but don’t do anything about it. good doesn’t taste fresh at all. Avoid this place

It felt like I could punch his face so hard because of the way he was arguably talking. So rude and charged for larger meals or combos without mentioning what size you were ordering.
