  Dec. 31, 2025: The Broadway Commons mall in Hicksville NY CLOSED THE ENTIRE FOOD COURT. March 1, 2026: Charleys Philly Steaks in that food court STILL hasn't bothered to take down their Google Maps listing. (They even update their Facebook page AS IF this location still exists.)

  First I would like to say I used to work in a fast food restaurant. This place is the worst of all Charley’s. French fries are soggy and dark which means they don’t change their oil. The oil is pitch black. The service was slow only one person working. Substituting a soft drink for a lemonade is extra but the menu doesn’t state that. I have been to numerous other Charley’s and this one is the worst. Owners like to apologize for everything but don’t do anything about it. good doesn’t taste fresh at all. Avoid this place

  Employee forgot to give me fries with my order and then gave me attitude and got annoyed when I asked for it like it was my fault.

  Food was alright, but the employees were very rude. The cashier stared daggers at me the whole time and several of the employees just had a screaming match with each other while I was standing right in front of them. It was a very uncomfortable situation. If you don't mind rude employees and alright food, then this place is for you. If you don't like rude employees and alright food, go somewhere else.
