  Terrible experience at this location. Came here in 12/12 and the shift leader/manager was very rude. I came here to redeem a reward and she gave me a very hard time redeeming my T-Mobile reward and made it like it was my fault that it wasn't working. She kept repeating the same thing to me instead of giving a solution like a manager should. I will not be returning and I will be escalating the matter further.

  Very disappointing experience at this location. The smoothie wasn’t good. I called them and the person told me that this is how this smoothie tastes. I told her that I order the same one every time and I know how does it taste like and then she hung up. Never had a problem with the other locations! Won’t ever go here!!
