  The food was great as always. The door dash driver drove to little falls rather than ilion. The food needed to warmed ... I was charged a 23+ dollar tip. Its too bad the workers who prepped my meal isnt granted half the money... let me repeat. The food was wonderful as always

  Bought from here 4 times so far and every time my order gets messed up. food is decent but wow cant get orders right if their life depended on it. this time i asked for Swiss cheese on my sub and i get absolutely no cheese, like if u have questions about an order whats so hard about re calling the person and double checking or double checking b4 u hang up??? every time its something new with this place

  To whom every owns yettys in herkiner I want to start by that I've never in my life time have heard a story like what my husband experienced at you estabishment yesterday. I've been in sales and customer service for over 45 years and I would never dream of treating someone like you did. He came in for something to eat you took his order and his money and after 45 or so mins still he was waiting for a cold sub I mean I cold have maded him a cold some in 5 mins with my eyes closed. People were coming in and out with there orders and he stayed there as patiently as possible and being ignored. He finally ask the young lady how much long and all she said Is well we are very busy. Really!! He asked for his money back and she told him I have to go ask. WHAT!! Here appears a so call manager whom had an attitude toward me husband and said they are wrapping it up she swings the door and yells wrap it up and he asked again all I want is my money back she was do rude he told her to keep the sandwich and his 12.00 which I hope she needed more then him and walked out. So I ask if anyone reads this what are your thoughts about the place and before I decided to write I looked at the reviews and saw that my husband has not been the only person with this kind of experience and as they say sorry we are working on our customers service and obviously nothing has changed. I wish her a merry Christmas and hopes that the $12.00 that she kept from my husband brings her what she needs. I will let everyone I know about this experience unfortunately my husband will never forget that experience. I don't wish for anyone to lose there job just for whom ever owns the place to revisit customer service because with out your customers you would not be in business.
