Another employee stood and watched and then took care of a customer who had been standing there the whole time. The employee who was sweeping finished sweeping and then took care of me. I won't be stopping back any time soon.

Crappy.portions higher prices and a staff that I feel is not properly trained and they don't all seem like they care if you ever come back. I hate mayonnaise and I frequently have to tell them to switch knives when they cut my sandwich. The list is too long to say everything. Here's my opinion.... Go to Walmart and by the makings yourself and have a family sub night and skip the crap train called subway. I stopped going months ago.
