  To tell you the truth it was the first time I was actually disappointed in Arby's ! I was there for my usual the Smokehouse Brisket. I started my order and the associate informs me the smokehouse brisket is no longer available. Arby's says We got the meats but just not my go to ! Disappointed to say the least really Arby's first time ever !!

  Literally just left 10 min ago, the employees were in the back parking lot huddled up with two people who were not employees smoking something. She left the place unattended until I pulled up, any higher up reading this, you don’t have to believe me you can check the cameras. This was around 11pm Fries are a choking hazard This is the only item I order from Arby’s and they’ve ALWAYS told me 6 minutes, not this time. This time I got it within a minute and before even pulling away I said to my gf on the phone “no way this is right” it’s was right, but it was also just thrown together, Nothing and I mean nothing was even warm. Even my lemonade wasn’t mixed, at all. It’s so annoying to have to choose fast food this late and get stuck with people who feel inconvenienced.

  Food was as good as every other time we've had it. Our favorite fast food!
