She definitely was running in every direction but somehow made it look easy! Our "party" ordered a variety of foods and 99.99% of us loved what we got. The waitress was right on top of that .01% and immediately offered a variety of options to improve the situation. Absolutely a great place for new and old friends to enjoy conversations with great food and service!

The food came within a reasonable time, but two plates came out first and the other two took a a few more minutes…being in the food and beverage industry for many years, that’s a no-no for me, but not the end of the world. The food: yikes. Presentation is important in my book and all 4 plates were not appealing at all. Both burgers were so greasy that the bottom buns were soggy and fell apart. Top buns were burned. Fries were fine. Chicken tenders were basically nuggets. My husband liked the steak bowl but he’s hard to disappoint lol. Worst part, and I find it hard to believe it’s a coincidence, was both of us had bathroom issues a couple hours later. Draft beer was good.

My husband's Philly Cheese Steak wasn't very good either(so he said), but he ate it anyway. Will NEVER order again if we have to use the Winton Rd store. Mt. Hope and Victor are the only ones we will patronize. And if we can't order delivery thru either of those locations specifically, The Distillery has lost two long time customers!
