  Placed an order to be picked up at the drive thru. When I got there there were four other cars in front of me. After 15 minutes had passed one car had gone through the drive-through. I ended up backing out of the drive-through after 20 minutes. I went inside to get my order because I needed to be somewhere. When I went inside the employees ignored me while they were on their phone. I finally got someone to give me my order which I should’ve checked before I left. I was missing the two bags of chips I had ordered. Every other item in the order was incorrect. When I complained about this, they offered me a coupon for one large bag of chips. What a rip off. My family and I are big fans in general, but won’t be going to this location again. I know that they are newly opened, but they should be more organized at this point than they are. It wasn’t even a challenging order. And when you do something wrong, make it right for the customer.

  The only positive part about this Chipotle is the location. I placed an order, next available was 20 minutes later. When I arrived to pickup my food, there was a line of cars around the building (10+) with another 10+ customers in the building. I waited in the drive through line for 15 mins (5 mins past my pickup time) and the line did not budge. Looking inside the restaurant, I saw only 3 employees with no one working the front counter. I left knowing I wasn't going to receive my food (for god knows how long) and tried to cancel my order through the Chipotle app. I understand it's a new location, but if you can't properly staff your location at 6PM on a Saturday, you're going to have issues.

  I ordered catering for my Daughters birthday (11 meals), showed up at pickup time and was told it would be another 25 - 30 minutes. One hour later and they had not even started my order. We had to call the customer service line to cancel, which involved being put on hold until being hung up on. I'm hoping for a chance to update my review in the near future. UPDATE: Chipotle did end up reaching out yesterday and gifted us two complimentary meals.

  Avoid this location. I have tried to go there 3 times since they opened. 1st time, my online order was 45 min late. 2nd time, it was 30 min late and they were out of dressing. 3rd time, they went online orders only while people were waiting in line and they kicked everyone out of the store including people who had already been waiting in line for 15+ minutes.

  Been sitting in this drive thru line for nearly a half hour to pick up a 5:20pm order. The poor guy at the window said there were 3 orders ahead of me and they were waiting on chicken to be cooked. I can’t leave because my order has been paid for. This location is severely understaffed and I cannot believe management is letting these poor employees be overworked. I don’t fault the employees at all. I fault the company. Never coming back here again. Update: ok, I wrote this when I was hangry. I guess the good thing about our order being delayed was the fact that our food was hot and fresh. My husbands and kids burritos were just as they wanted. My protein bowl with chicken, brown rice, and veggies is very good. Portions were huge and I could only finish half of mine…but that’s ok, it means I don’t have to cook tomorrow night. So…will I go back? Maybe in a few months when the excitement settles down and when the weather isn’t crummy.
