  I’m honestly really frustrated with this order. The pizza showed up in terrible condition ,it was literally stuck to the box, making it almost impossible to even take slices out without everything falling apart. The toppings were uneven, the chicken looked dry and thrown on, and the whole thing just looked sloppy and unappetizing. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. It doesn’t seem like any care went into making or packaging this. Definitely not the quality I expected, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

  I called to place a pizza order and the experience wasn’t great. The person on the phone sounded very uninterested in helping and kept directing me to the website instead of taking the order. When I asked about deals, I was told there were none except online. I then mentioned the 3-topping deal and there was a long pause before she finally said yes. The whole interaction felt like she didn’t really want to take the order. Customer service over the phone should be more welcoming, especially when someone is trying to place an order. Next time will be online instead of taking a chance with someone like that on the phone. Edit: Driver didn’t even got tipped even though I told the lady on the phone to put 20%. I appreciate what you do Dalwinder.
