It does not seem to matter whether I order 20 minutes ahead for pickup; my order is never ready when I arrive. Almost every time, I have to remind the employees at the front that there is a mobile order pending, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This location lacks leadership, structure, and smooth operational processes. Even when they are not busy, the staff often appear disorganized and uncoordinated. I genuinely try to be understanding and patient, but the issues here have been ongoing without improvement. It is unfortunate because this is the most convenient Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, so I continue to give them chances. However, they almost always disappoint. I truly think that whoever oversees this location should spend some time here to observe the day-to-day operations and see firsthand what needs to be addressed.
