The person who answered the phone on 6/4/25 was extremely rude and refused to give me what I paid for or refund me- even though they could see the receipt. He then proceeded to tell me he isn't doing anything refused to transfer me to a manager and hung up. I will never buy from this disgusting establishment again and I won't stop until my money is refunded. It's the principle of it at this point.
