  This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts store the only two employees can barely catch up , meaning they need to hire more staff especially in the morning knowing this is a busy intersection the court house and the bus terminal are close by just to order a donut and a coffee the waiting time is unbelievable

  I ordered this refresher today as well as three other drinks for my co-workers. I started drinking the drink and realized WAY TOO LATE that there was a freaking COCK ROACH in my drink. This is DISGUSTING. I went to the store to complain. They did not solve this issue. This is unacceptable. They said they would refund my order only if I promised to not call department of health or put any complaint. That is unacceptable customer service. Spoke to two upper heads. One of the rudely hung up the phone on me after we couldn’t solve the issue. Be aware of where you purchase your morning coffee!!!! This is disgusting. Lady in the front was very nice with trying to offer me free food for a month or the new wicked munchkin tins. Managers did not allow it. Even told me it was just one time …. ONE TIME IS ENOUGH. CLEAN YOUR STORE
