One time I was served undercooked chicken and ended up getting sick after eating it. I honestly should’ve stopped going after that, but I tried to give them another shot. On my most recent visit, I ordered a BLT crispy chicken sandwich, and instead they gave me a junior bacon cheeseburger… a completely different item. This isn’t the first time they’ve mixed up my order either. To make it worse, when I pulled up to the window, the staff didn’t say anything to me at all. The worker opened the window, handed me the bag without a word, and just shut it again. No greeting, no confirmation, nothing. Between the wrong orders, undercooked food, and rude service, I’m officially done with Wendys. This was my last visit.

I hate to say this I try to understand that staff is overwhelmed or stressed but it was like I can be the only car n there snippy I gave the 4 star due to the fact it's the day and afternoon everyone is good but night is the opposite of those times otherwise, food been a bit ok then some Wendy's I've had hence the 4 stars too
